Hard to believe that my son and I have made it 40 straight days publishing a photo. I’m having a blast. Today I took and LIKE five photos. Ok, taking five photos isn’t a big deal. It’s liking five photos that’s the amazing part for me. I’m not posting them all today, but I haven’t had this much fun taking pictures since I started professionally. I don’t even get paid to do this anymore. That’s probably why I’m liking it so much.
Spent the morning wrapping up my lesson planning, listening to some Diplo and going to my son’s basketball games. If you aren’t familiar with Diplo, he’s the DJ in the Blackberry phone commercials. He has a bunch of free mixtapes on soundcloud.com that are an hour of solid remixes.
The photos of the day are pretty nice, if I do admit. The first is an assortment of colors from the University of Illinois Quad. More impressive, no snow. Spring needs to get here soon. My youngest received star student and has been attached to Bertie, a character from Dr. Seuss.
