I think I’ve finally finished editing photos from shooting the city with my son. I’m really happy with how I shot. I could have done better, but can’t we say that about almost everything? If you want to view my son’s street work as well as the rest of his photograph blog, go here.
Anybody watching the Olympics? I’m debating on whether I will watch the opening ceremonies tonight. I tend to find them very boring. All that pageantry. I’m already sick of some of the coverage about people being unhappy with certain aspects of the Olympics. I have no idea why there seems to be so much criticism so early in the games. Give them a chance, they just started (though I am finding some humor with the heat Mitt Romney is receiving after his “PR” trip to London).
I’m including one photo from my son of Chicago architecture that he “funked up” using a couple of iPhone apps. the result is pretty nice. I’m including two photos from my iPhone and a handful from the X100. I tried to give the black and white a more gritty look with the tones. As far as the photos go, some of you will understand and like them while others won’t have a clue. All I know is that if I post them, I like them. Sometimes I don’t even know why I like them. If you have questions about the photos, please ask. Heck, if you have comments, please leave them. I really do like to hear feedback on my work. That’s the only way I can improve. It’s been a bit quiet on the blog the last few days. I’m feeling lonely. We wouldn’t want that? Would we?
Until Next Time,
Peace!
