What a gross rainy day! It couldn’t come at a better time. Thankfully, two baseball games were canceled tonight. Yeah, I know they will reschedule the games, but I just wasn’t up for the games tonight. It did allow me to get to the gym and do intervals on the elliptical. Burned over 1000 calories in an hour. I’m really feeling it. Plus, what is it about being very caught up with all my work, not having the demands of students in my room and being more exhausted than I normally am. I don’t get it. No students and I’m more tired. Go figure.

On June 12, Diplo will release a new EP “Express Yourself.” I believe it’s his first solo release since 2004. It’s really good from what I’ve heard on streams. If you don’t know Diplo, he’s a DJ who is heavy in moombahton, which is heavily influenced by Jamaican dance sound. Here is a single from his EP called-Barely Standing (ft. Datsik & Sabi):
